A volleyball injury in high school coupled with a natural curiosity about science and biology led Dr. Cari Case to where she is today – a well-respected chiropractor in Apex, North Carolina.
Originally from Johnstown, Pennsylvania, Dr. Case received a Bachelor’s degree in molecular biology from Grove City College. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic from the National College of Chiropractic in Chicago.
After four cold Illinois winters, Dr. Case was looking to set-up roots somewhere warmer when she stumbled upon the friendly people and small-town charm of Apex. And this is where, in 2000, she opened her practice.
According to Dr. Case, the most rewarding part of being a chiropractor is getting people well, helping their bodies heal so they can do the things they want to do, and improving their quality of life. She takes pride in the fact that her practice has patients ranging in age from two weeks to 90 years.
When not in the office, Dr. Case enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants with friends, antiquing and crafting – particularly quilting, crocheting and knitting.
Fun fact: Dr. Case loves playing the hand bells! While in college, she toured through the U.S. and the United Kingdom with a hand bell choir.
Dr. Case maintains the following certifications:
- Cox Flexion & Distraction Technique
- Nimmo Trigger Point
- Industrial Ergonomics
- OSHA certified
